Turin 500mm Hale Black Wall Hung Worktop Vanity Unit - 2 Doors I purchased this unit from Royal Bathrooms Mid April. I was looking for a compact unit that fitted into my theme. I received an excellent service from start to finish, prompt delivery and I am absolutely happy with the unit. Both in quality and looks. It was also competitively priced. So overall 5 out of 5.

DO NOT BUY. Ordered a toilet for £195. It was delivered to wrong address and very heavy to move. It was leaking and plumber saw pan was cracked and had been repaired with glue! (There was a second address label stuck over so probably a return not new). I complained and we had to disconnect and repack the original one for collection and was delivered a replacement in 2 days. The replacement had a faulty lip that plumber had to fix before fitting it. So 2 faulty toilets. I requested £70 for fitting the replacement but was told they don't pay labour or compensation. Wish we checked here first lots of similar reviews. AVOID!

Poor service all round. Ordered a toilet which was damaged and some attempt at repair had already been made so unsure if it was second hand! Managed to return the toilet and reorder again. Second toilet arrives and was not even the one I had ordered! 2 days where the plumber we paid couldn't work. Only reply from the company was we only cover refunds and nothing for financial and time inconvenience...will avoid this company in the future.

This company offer outstanding customer service! A part broke on our shower enclosure door and despite the fact that it was over 2 years old Royal Bathrooms sent us not one but 4 replacements by courier the very next day. We would have purchased the parts considering that they were no way near still under warranty but Royal sent us them FOC. I highly recommend this company and would use them again without a shadow of doubt! Top Class!

Bought a vanity unit and cistern unit for our bathroom. When they arrived there was a problem with the unit and the basin had a chip. I emailed Royal Bathrooms and they responded quickly and arranged collection and a replacement. The replacement units arrived quickly and couldn't ask for more!

Purchased toilets from Royal Bathrooms last year but with a number of issues with the builder, the boxes were only recently opened and found one cistern cracked. I got in touch with Royal Bathrooms who agreed to exchange the item and with their fantastic service, they sent me a replacement the next day. Really good service and very quick, thank you for exchanging the item even after such a long time.
