Royal bathrooms service was excellent received phone message to say when my item would be delivered but I was out so they also sent email to tell me that a message was left and the day and time it would arrive ,all delivered in 4 days great customer service

Products delivered within days. Good prices compared to local suppliers. Free waste did not fit chosen basin, however Royal did inform me of this. Delivered in there own vehicle.

I had the best service so far! I received the toilet from them and it was a little scratched, I sent them a message with a picture and in 5 minutes I received a reply, they offered to send us another one instead. Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the services and communication with customers plus they have good prices! I recommend!

Great service , from a great company! It was the first time I have used this company. We purchased a Pivot door with Shower tray.. delivery and communication was on point!! Upon realising the Pivot door couldn’t fit I emailed Royal Bathrooms , within minutes I received a reply.. and our issues was resolved!! I will definitely use this company again.
