Good Quality

Been looking around for new built in wardrobes for a while and i wasn't satisfied until i found Online Bedrooms. The Gentleman who dealt with my order was very kind and helpful, we spoke on Zoom so i wasn't just speaking to just another random person over the phone like most. The whole experience was swift and perfect from start to finish. I'm very happy with the high standard of the wardrobes.

I have been using Online-Bedrooms for a couple of years now as we have done up our house and never encountered any issues. I love the fact the doors maximise the space and there are no flimsy back panels which are like 18 mil thick opposed to everyone else. Was a bit weary at first about having to assemble them myself but it wasn't difficult and comes with instructions and there are enough assembly videos online. The draws have steel sides and are fully adjustable and also came pre assembled which saved time. Everything is still looking as good as it did when I bought it and our latest purchase of the 'concrete' style is fab.

PLEASE READ THE ONE AND TWO STAR REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING!! This is by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had to deal with. It made our home refurbishment a lot more stressful than it should’ve been. First of all, the quality of their wardrobes are terrible - there is a reason why it’s cheap. Everything about these wardrobes feel cheap - you’d get better quality wardrobes in IKEA. They were late in delivering our wardrobe by weeks and when it finally arrived, the doors were missing. We complained and for weeks they couldn’t find our doors!! Several WEEKS later, the doors arrived but they were the WRONG DOORS!! As many other reviews on here, they said they could only apologise. Their efforts in making things were fell short given the amount of stress, phone calls and emails. They passed us to their operations manager who was incredible unprofessional on the phone to us and showed very little customer service skills. I would never buy anything from them ever again - there are plenty of other wardrobe companies out there which will put customers first and not treat them like these guys do.

Online-Bedrooms have created a top quality product that you can be proud to show off in your home! We had a design call with Jamie, his knowledge was fantastic. He made sure to answer any questions and make any changes we had (there was a lot!) nothing was too much trouble! With being a fully made-to-measure product I expected to be waiting a few months for our bedroom furniture, in just 4 weeks they were delivered. All items clearly labelled and packaged well. The DIY aspect was straight forward, we followed the instructions with no problems. The quality is far superior than companies I’ve previously brought from for other rooms, this product is built to last! From the super wide opening hinges to full 18mm carcasses, Online-Bedrooms have exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for high quality made-to-measure furniture - look no further!

Having spent months comparing IKEA, Sharps, Online Bedrooms and a local company, we chose Online Bedrooms as they came out best for design and second on price. We had a Zoom call with Jamie, who updated our original design while we spoke. The custom sizing has made the most of the available space. Delivery was on time, all parts present, no damage in transit. Well packaged, not excessive and all recyclable. The wardrobes are of superb quality - all panels including the backs and drawer bases are thick 18mm MFC. All holes were perfectly aligned, and there was no remediation needed to the factory supplied parts. Fittings and fasteners all very high quality, with a generous supply of screws and other small parts. Every part was clearly labelled - a big help when there are multiple variations of similar looking panels. I did the installation myself as I'm an experienced DIY'er. I managed the majority of the assembly on my own, but fitting the heavy cabinet back panels and lifting a bridging unit up onto the wall needed two people. Clear, printed instructions were good. The only areas for improvement are the design software package and the website. The website has lots of content, but it's not easy to navigate to find your way back to something you have seen earlier. It's not always clear what combinations of unit types and colours are permitted. On the Zoom call with Jamie, we found that we could have the exact combination we wanted. While the design software package is good, it doesn't do colour rendering, eg to show door colour against carcass colour. The completed wardrobes feel very solid and look fantastic. We definitely made the right choice, and are delighted with the wardrobes and the service.

Online Bedrooms were absolutely fantastic. The whole process was easy, with the wardrobe design happening via a Zoom call. Delivery was quick and the end product looks amazing. I would highly recommend them for your next job and would happily use them again myself.

Wardrobes are great quality look really good and easy to install. Charley was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Having fitted them to one of our bedrooms I'm now going to order them for two others.
