From the first contact to fitting our bedroom the customer service and communication with the team at online bedrooms was fantastic.Delivery was really quick and well organised and on time. We would definitely use again if we needed bedroom furniture and recommend too.

The customer service at Online Bedrooms is phenomenal. Such a brilliant idea to be able to design exactly what you need to fit the space you have. My experience with Ellie the designer was fantastic - she was very thorough and got in touch to make sure the design in practise met my needs. Delivery was also much quicker than for other companies. This is clear when you order but part of the reason the company is so much cheaper is because you install the wardrobes yourself, or pay for a third party to install them. This includes needing to cut the side pieces to fit with a circular or jigsaw. Clearly it’s unlikely you as an individual have those tools, and our experience with the fitter was really poor. Kayleigh at online bedrooms has been fantastic and have sent out new side pieces free of charge where the fitter broke them on installation. The whole process would be a million times easier if we could pay the amount we paid the fitter to Online Bedrooms for them to fit the wardrobes - if that had been an option I would have leapt at it. Eventually we will have beautiful, perfectly fitting wardrobes so I would choose online bedrooms again but only use a fitter that I know and trust.

We were looking around to find something a little different and special for our bedroom and found Online Bedrooms. We were really impressed with the design, style and service from them! The end result is fantastic and would highly recommend :)

Our experience from start to finish has been excellent. I was a little nervous about how the remote process of developing wardrobe units would be, but after the first couple of emails with Blythe it became clear we were on the same wavelength of what we were trying to achieve. Always helpfully answering questions and surpassing expectations with a reply one evening at 9pm after something occurred to me. Once we were happy with our design, with additional help from Blythe, our order was handled by Kayleigh who gave us an estimated delivery date followed by a specific date and time slot. Our delivery was spot on with everything well packed and labelled. The individual panels were also labelled which is a great help with sorting prior to assembly. Would not hesitate to recommend. For us a great experience.

The whole team including delivery was excellent. The boxes were very clearly marked, the wardrobes are high quality and we are totally delighted.

From start to finish Online Bedrooms provided a top quality service and great products at very reasonable prices. The design process was informative and we were provided help to improve the overall look and feel of our ideas. The products arrived on time as advised and the delivery driver was very helpful despite having had a long day and a long drive back ahead of him. The installation instructions were very good and the items were very clearly marked up. What looked to be a very long task to install was actually fairly quick and easy and the results were as we hoped for. We will be using Online Bedrooms again in the future.
