our stay was fabulous and it was everything that you said it would be and the way you handled yourself and give us the information was really on point

I just called to take advantage of this deal and find out more about the timeshares. I was told I only could go on certain dates because I am single! My single money spends just as well if not better than a married couples money!! I was looking for a timeshare to do with my grown children and grandchildren. Obviously someone else will be able to take advantage of my " single person" money and not these people!

They were easy to deal with. I give 4 stars because of great deal, but they don't know much about the resort, couldn't answer some questions I had about the resort.

I'm going to rate a 3 because we had other fees to pay when we got to Westgate we didn't get a washer and dryer and a stove the 90 min timeshare was 3 hours long taking up to much time

It was ok. The presentation was good, but the set up of it and lunch was pretty bad

The additional fees were a nuisance (daily pool park fee and the 3rd party booking fee) and wasn’t disclosed prior to booking the room. Also, there are select travel dates reserved at Maingate for Married couples...as a single woman, I got the “left over” dates to choose from.

Beautiful resort !!! Check in was very easy ... they even called the day of check in to make sure everything went smoothly !! Would highly recommend

Great room, but parking sucked

Everything was smooth and we had a nice 2 bedroom villa at the westgate resorts
