They was very nice and friendly and helped us every step of the way, they called us with daily reminders to let us know the daily activities and Alicia was very patient and texted us very quickly. Best vacation every!

The customer service was Excellent!

we went to book the double bed for 3 nights and 4 days but they told me that they could not do my reservation since we have 3 children even one of the kids is only 2 years old which would be sleeping in a pack and play. They wanted us to rent a condo for almost 500 bucks even though the 2 year old would not be using a bed. i feel that is rude and unacceptable. we have never had a problem staying anywhere else and they asked if we wanted to switch destinations after telling representative we had already spent money on events in Pigeon Forge TN. the offered us Missouri or SC.

The agents helped me understand the program and provided vital information. Would recommend again.

It was a nice place to stay. But come time to do the 90 minute walk through, they were very pushy on us buying into it and would not let it go. Went three hours into the appointment before they got the point that we didn’t want to buy.

I was able to book less than two days before my stay. I told the company whom i was traveling with. They gave us a room with a tub in the middle of it. Within 30 mins my son 18 months old, hit his head on the tub and the tile around the tub. He had a lump on his head for the entire trip. I warned them and asked questions so the room would be safe for everyone including the baby. I guess we just fell through the cracks.

over all everything went well except some extra charges added because it was booked by a "third party"promotion
