Salesperson for timeshare tour was extremely rude and arrogant. Asked if we liked to smoke weed!? I was like what? was on his phone after we declined the timeshare he just walked away without any sort of acknowledgment. The hotel room was complete trash! Blood on sheets. Patio door would not open holes in furniture, sink leaked the hotel key only worked half the time. The shower smelled of mold the safe did not work. Complained to hotel staff only to be told they could not do anything we were in room 1012a. I would not recommend this package or property to anyone. Absolutely horrible experience.

I found this great deal on a resort of orlando,fl when I spoke to someone to book the hotel they told me I had to be married to get this deal. Un-married couples like to take vacations too, for a good deal.

I went through this company for vacation and no one set up the reservations for our room. It took the company 3 and1/2 hours to get us a room somewhere else with no apology. I will never recommend this company. But they made sure they got their money.
