Very straightforward to arrange the Fit 2 Drive appointment, and far less expensive than my own GP practice!!, the appointment was carried out on time and all forms completed and then checked very efficiently. The Fit 2 Drive doctor advised me to copy ALL the documents before sending recorded delivery to DVLA, this proved very good advice as DVLA returned my new licence, but had omitted to include all previous driving categories! It appears the DVLA administration system has multiple departments, and in the event of any problems they are then able to attribute any errors to A N Other department. Notably the one where “due to a high volume of calls” .......etc etc etc

Quick booking and good price. Arrived early at the doctors surgery and got seen quickly before actual appointment time.

They deduct the payment from my acct but didn’t give me the appoiment. Also they denied to receive any payment even though it was deducted from my bank acct. crap sevice

Booked medical for 8th feb 18 recieved phone call on 5th telling me they could not fulfill appointment due to doctor being taken into hospital which was fully acceptible under circumstances. Was offered 2 options 1 in wales other in Southport which I took 22 miles each way plus car park fees. Annoying thing was txt next day telling me due to me cancelling the booking i could not have a refund on fee paid. Do think that txt would have been more apt had it been an apology for the inconvenience caused by travel and time.
