Very satisfied!

I started out in very good time -- BUT -- smash-up on the motorway! After a long laborious, diversion through Chandlers Ford I arrived at the Winchester clinic about 10 minutes late. No problem, though, and the medical went very well. The booking, just a few weeks before was so straightforward. I was grateful for the booking on line arrangement because the local surgery had closed down - although the place was still shown on the internet including times etc! I therefore had to find somewhere quickly, as can be imagined. I`m impressed with the whole system, both for convenience and reasonable pricing B.Wood

Very straightforward booking procedure…

Very straightforward booking procedure with immediate availability. All at half the price of the local doctors surgery. Not bad. The only pain was having to travel to Plymouth. You need a branch in Cornwall.

I made a booking on the phone and paid them £55 .when I went to the appointment the Dr told me I was booked for HGV The appointment didn’t go ahead and when I asked for refund they only offered me 10% which was £5 .they are absolutely rip-off,I was not instructed to take any documents at all,even the Doctor said fit 2 drive made a mistake in your booking and you should ask for refund.it and he didn’t ask for any documents.it wasn’t my fault at all and I had to pay £55 for receiving nothing .
