Contacted Fit 2 Drive Medicals regarding a refund on a medical which didn't go ahead for technical reasons. Doctor told me to contact Christine at Fit 2 Drive for refund but after several calls and promises to call me back no calls or refund. Called them again today, nearly 3 weeks after medical and told to call back tomorrow but advised me its not looking hopeful. How can this company take money for doing nothing?
