Overall, I was satisfied. I got payed $50 more than other offers I found, but not without delays and customer service confusion. I sent my device and got emails with the shipping information and reminders promptly after creating the order. I received a “Your package was delivered” email 2 or 3 days after I sent it. Their website says that I should receive my payment within 24 hours of completion and completion should take 2 business days. This was not true for me. After a week of no completion or payment, I emailed them three times over the course of another week. I received no reply, so I texted the “immediate reply” number and received a response within 3 hours. It took another 1-2 weeks and lots of confusion until I could receive my payment. If you want a great offer and are okay with lots of customer service and delays, this is for you.

I sent 2 pads and now 16 calendar days later my order has it even been marked delivered and I haven’t been paid. I tried the text customer service number to which I received an auto response text back stating a reply would be received within 1 hour. That was 5 days ago. I’d give 0 stars if I could! Now I am going to figure out, legally my rights.

They offered the best price for my Apple Watch compared to the competition, but it was an arduous process. They say fast payment on there site but can’t say I had this experience. Emailed customer service several times over a couple of weeks asking for when I was to be paid and never was given a response. I eventually ended up texting the number given and finally got in touch with the owner. He then offered me less then what he said because I didn’t include the watch band, which wasn’t specifically requested. I told him that I understood but offered feedback saying to be transparent in the payment process so I wouldn’t have to continually badger him as well as including what is needed to be shipped because the band wasn’t requested. He ignored the feedback and paid me the lesser amount. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, you’d be better going with a trusted source. In response to you, yes, anyone would. Apple would ask for a list of items you would need to include, which I suggested to you. Just tried to offer some advice as I thought it would be helpful, but instead you treat me with disrespect? Goes to show what kind of deal you're getting into.
