Quick transaction and honest company

Glad I found this site and could relinquish an old iPod to them! Will tell everyone I know about it!

My old iPod was of no use to me anymore, and to learn that it was worth any money at all was a pleasant surprise. I was willing to risk shipping the device off to a company I had frankly, never heard of, given I had planned to just recycle it. The process was quick and easy, taking less than 2 weeks from start to finish. A free shipping label was provided and I received the full amount of money I was quoted in my PayPal account with no issues. I would definitely work with this company again!

At first I was skeptical and hoped this company was legit. I had researched it prior and it had good reviews. Overall I was satisfied with process, cause in the end I did get my money. Did I get it when they said and when this website says it will happen, no. I did not get my funds within 24hrs of there 48 hrs hold, but once I contacted them a few times, we finally got it resolved. If you are trying to contact them, do not use email address, I never got a response from that, I used the phone number and texted and always got a near immediate response. Overall I would recommend them, you may just need to follow up, if you don't hear or see anything.

Mathew was the employee that helped me out and went above and beyond any of his responsibilities!!! I was a little bit of a headache customer as I chose the payment option of zelle hadn't set it up yet, come to find out while registering I couldn't use the email I used with BuyMyPod so I had a huge issue that it was going to be sent to a email zelle didn't know. Mathew was super quick to respond to everyone of my million questions and concerns and he took care of everything on his end and I was paid just fine. If you have any apple product you are looking to sell THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

Easy, quick, and honest. I sent my ipad in, once they received it, I had the money I was quoted in about 2 hours. I would've had it days before, but the post office screwed up and sent it somewhere else first. They even offered to pay me half before they even received it and the rest when it got there because it was the post offices fault. Will definitely use them again.

UPDATE: ALl of the issues were solved! Mathew was very easy to contact and responded in a very timely manner. He knew exactly what items were mine and was very helpful. They are even shipping one of my products back with no expense to me. Right now I have had an okay experience with BuyMyPod. It was really easy to send my devices- all I had to do was print the shipping statement, slap it on the box, and walk to my mailbox. About a week later I checked to see if everything was delivered- which it was. Then I waited, and waited, and waited for my check, but it never came. So I decided to contact the owner. And he got back with me and send that if the check doesn't come by the end of the week he will send it electronically. I still didn’t get my check- so once again I contact him again and give him my paypal information. He said he would send the information to my later tonight (August 31). So far- nothing. Hopefully tomorrow comes and I have my money. I really hope they come through because it seems to be a good company
