Information on any changes should be provided to the customer as soon as possible.

I enjoyed using BuyMyPod, payment was provided quick and there were multiple ways that were provided to me. However, if I may be honest, I was not overly thrilled with the lack of response provided to me when my phones were reviewed and the changes in price that were provided to me by an individual. I only noticed these changes after reaching out myself in regards as to why I had not received payment in the mail as requested. My initial email was never responded to and I had to contact the cell phone number provided online for immediate response when I grew frustrated with why I was not receiving a reply. I would say that if there are changes to an account, the individual should be notified as soon as possible as to not prolong the process.

SUPER FAST PAY

Customer service is quick. Shipping is SUPER FAST. Overall, I thought it was too good to be true but you really do get paid hella quick and they respond to your text messages quick too. Can’t go wrong with it.

Sold my iPod

I sold my iPod in and even though it took longer than the 4 days, I was paid the amount that I was quoted. The only reason that this is not a 5 star rating was the lack of communications.

Their check bounced but they eventually paid

UPDATE: The owner contacted me and sent me my payment for my iPod and the bounced check fee. I'm disappointed it took months to get this resolved, but it was resolved in the end. The check they sent me for my iPod bounced and I have emailed the owner and the main company email and never got a response. So not only did they take my iPod and not pay, but I had to pay a $25 fee to my bank for their check bouncing.

Mathew was excellent in customer service. There was an issue with the watch I sent and he told me how to fix the problem. He returned the watch to me, the problem was resolved, I mailed it back to him and received my payment

3 Extra Days

When I first shipped in the item, they got it when I expected and told me but after 4 business days I still was not paid. I texted them and they said that they were overwhelmed with work and would paid me by that next Monday which was a week after they got the item. Ultimately, I was paid the full amount but it took 3 days longer than it should have.
