I have been very happy with my satellite but the system has always been a bit slow. Now that I have my adult children at home, I need something faster and cheaper so that we can all benefit. Over the years the technical support has been very helpful Thank you.

Just so good. Was on vodafone before - abysmal - and locked into 2 year contract with dysfunctional wifi and rubbish customer service. With these guys the internet has been perfect, excellent customer service and I am not locked into anything. Just wish I’d heard about them earlier

Transfer from Primesat carried out seamlessly and with good communication

I recently move into a house where I really struggled to find an Internet provider. No one would touch. Until I had a conversation with Bentley Telecom. They went through all the options I had on the phone, and we decided to go with a 4G router. It is far better than any other Internet provider I have had in the past, it was easy to install myself, and now I have a good strong signal throughout my house.

I have my satellite broadband with FreedomSat . A great company to deal from the start to finish, the customer service has been brilliant. I would particularly like to thank Lewis in the sales department who has been extremely helpful with technical and account queries ive had.
