Very pleased. We submit our photos in separate labeled envelopes and ScanCafe creates separate folders according to our submission. Also the enhancement is a great feature and in reviewing the photos we have not rejected one enhanced photo.

Return customer. First time, abut 6 years ago: 35 mm slides from the 1970-80s. Turned out FANTASTIC. This time, 35mm slides from 1999. Also a very good transfer (the originals from the 1970s were better than the 1999 slides, which was reflected in the outcome). Customized service, great price, fast turnaround. Couldn't be better, unless they gave away donuts. (I love donuts).
