I am pretty happy with everything. I thought some of my older pictures were going to be retouched and fixed a little and they weren’t but other then that I am super pleased.

Scans from my slides were color corrected as expected and turned out well. I had excellent customer service when I thought they had cropped my pictures. It turns out I was viewing them on a TV and my TV was cutting off the edges.

ScanCafe did an excellent job digitizing my B/W and color print photos from the past; most of the digitized photos had good to high resolution, even a 2X2 70-year old B/W print came out quite well with medium resolution.

I have used ScanCafe in the past when my husband passed away unexpectedly and I had my daughter still to raise. Life was crazy and they made it easy. My friend told me to just grab up all of your negatives and throw them in a box. I did just that. I then packed up our lives and moved on. In the midst, ScanCafe delivered what they promised. Years later I checked their work and it was spot on. So I never worried again. I use ScanCafe whenever I need them.

Very impressive service throughout the entire process, setting up the order, shipping documents, scanning status reports, quality comparison for each scan and corrections for each scan, then ability to review all scans before final payment, and return of originals. I would highly recommend the service.

Very impressed with ScanCafe. I did a lot of research before selecting ScanCafe and I made the right choice. I'm not a great photographer but my photos have never looked better. They finished the project much more quickly than anticipated and returned my photos carefully packaged. Bravo!

iI submitted 100 slides for duplication in three formats, downloading, thumb drive and disk. I was totally satisfied with the results and timetable for completion. I will definitely use again. JF
