ScanCafe was great to work with, however, the option to receive your prints through the "free" option to open the zip file was not free. I called them to reverse their charge to my credit card. They were not happy, nor was I. Big cluster. Just forward the prints to me instead of having to download something I do not want to get involved in. If I am incorrect in my interpretation of how to get the zip file for free, then your explanation should be crystal clear. They did give me a refund, but they were not happy to do so. They are not your partner!!

Service was good. Turnaround time good.

I am 82 years old and not very computer savvy, but found the process to be easy. I sent slides and am pleased with results and turn around time. Also, enjoy see me at age 12 and our children who are now in their 50 and 60s, as babies and children, on the computer screen.

Fantastic service! Backgrounds were pebbled due to peculiarity of Ektachrome film, and they redid the job using special filters at now extra charge. The corrected scans were great!

Great service, very satisfied with the scans. The only issue was that they do not specify on their website that they will scan all of the negatives on a strip even if you specify individual ones. And then there is a limit on the number of scans you can choose to delete before ordering. This should be spelled out clearly.

The images were well done. We did note that some images appeared to be duplicated.

Professional and high quality scans

The "improved" scans were not very good and quite expensive. I requested a review and never heard back from anyone.
