I’m still waiting for my refund since February. Unbelievable. Do not book anything with them

never use rehlat for booking. my booking ID 54166 CO // NK was canceled and I did not receive. Refund. They are not responding to my emails their helpdesk is lying every time. Cannot understand how Google is partnering with them.

I booked a hotel early April for May through REHLAT.CO. The payment 3112.080 EUR was deducted from my account immediately. In 16th of April I have received letter from REHLAT by email: "Your hotel booking was unsuccessful, and a full refund will be initiated for the amount of 3112.080 EUR for booking I'd RGL1821780, Which will be credited to your respective bank account within 10-15 business days". On the 31th July I had not received my refund and emailed requesting when to expect the refund. I have emailed and phoned since and keep being told it will come in as soon as possible. So far I have not received a cent. I feel this is a fraudulent organization. I Just wonder how dare google have a cooperation with this REHLAT and what should I do to ask my money back?

I booked two tickets for my wife and daughter. My wife's ticket was confirmed. My daughter wasn't after I waited a day. After so many calls to customer care Rehalat sent me an email saying if you want to confirm you need to pay an amount approx double the original price. I refused and booked on the airline site with only 10 SR more. After two weeks I haven't got my money back yet...

Terrible. Charged extra fees for no reason.

Never trust this rehlat.com.sa web site. They ripped me off and customer support is the worst. Also, I discovered that the site and their application is not officially licenced and authorized.

Boek nooit een hotel bij deze organisatie. Wij hadden per ongeluk het verkeerde hotel geboekt. Meteen het hotel geannuleerd en dat was uiteraard geen probleem. Rehlat wil geen cent terug betalen en verschuilen zich achter hun voorwaarden. Betreffende hotel nog eens gebeld en die krijgen verder geen geld. Rehlat steekt alles gewoon in eigen zak. Gewoon pure diefstal. Ze reageren vervolgens ook nergens meer op.

Avoid this agency I reserve a hotel two time my credit card was debt and the reservation was never be confirmed I am waiting for refund since 5 months booking I'd RGL1824093 & RGL1825356

I am very disappointed with the Rehlat service. Rehlat is not able to change a return flight date.

Worst customer service. I booked a flight with rehlat. Suddenly I hear that my flight got canceled as I was not able to checkin. I call airlines they say that website cancelled my flight. I call rehlat they day airlines. They did not send me any confirmation or any refund. I asked them to rebook my flight. No response what so ever. Bigggg Frauddddddddd
