Never believe positive reviews about this company and also Nomadtickets.com which is part of the scam as they are fake like everything about them. It was the first time I was robbed in my life. I advise anyone who is injured to report to the authorities as I did , The more of us who do this the easier they will be caught and judged . Forget to contact them, recover your money through the bank, only the bank can reach the account of these bandits and recover your money.

I booked 4 tickets on 7th july from Indonesia to kulumpur , and after making payment they asking more money as shows that price are increase and again i pay more amount , and then they says there is no seats available i am still waiting for my refund

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a ticket on their website expecting confirmation from their end and was told the ticket was never processed despite the money being taken from my account. I immediately requested a refund and was told to wait 20 working days to for the refund to be processed despite following up almost immediately after the ticket was unconfirmed. It has now been 2 months ( 40 working days) and despite numerous unanswered emails and useless 'refund request' made by their customer service team I am still without my refund. It's very disheartening that a company would be so incompetent and nonchalant to not realize the financial implications that this can have on customers' financial stability especially in this current economy. DO NOT DO WHAT I DID AND IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR BANK TO GET THE PAYMENT REVERSED!! The company bank on the fact that you'll wait the 20 business days and by that point your bank can't do anything.

I booked a hotel with Agoda but was directed to these scammers, booking was confirmed and then I decided to read reviews and couldn't believe what I was reading, cancelled within the hour and got the usual response that we are all reading. (refund in 10-12 working days) I contacted my banks and used the chargeback scheme, this service is available if you pay with a debit or credit card. Gave my bank all the details and a link to the bad reviews the bank goes to Rehlat's bank and demands for the money back. The money was back with me in 48 hours. This is how to get your money back quick ! The more people that use chargeback the sooner these scammers will get the message.
