Highly recommend

I had boiler and underfloor insulation provided on the government scheme and can honestly say I have never dealt with a better company. From survey to a brand new boiler in one week. Highly recommended.

Pathetic quality of workmanship

They came and replaced a perfectly good air brick with a plastic one at the front of my house. They destroyed the image of the property with the terrible quality of workmanship. It must be said that the work was carried out without my permission or agreement. They deserve a ZERO

I will start with a positive

I will start with a positive. The time from the initial enquiry to getting the survey done and then the boiler installation was fantastic. The lads that came to install the new boiler did the work but were more concerned about what time they would get home. They had broken the shelving in the airing cupboard without telling me and had chucked the bits in the bin. We had a leak on the system which took 2 phone calls to sort as the team don’t seem to want to get back in touch with you once you have notified them of an issue. Couple of months later, we had noticed another leak which we hadn’t noticed before as it was from the shower pump in the loft, that had gradually leaked through wood and insulation before the water mark showed on the ceiling. This was because the existing shower pump was for low pressure but the combi boiler creates high pressure and so the pump need to be changed to accommodate this new water pressure which it stated on the pump, this has caused the leak on the pipe join. When phoned up they said they will get back to me but they didn’t, so I employed somebody else to rectify the problem before matters got worse and when I phoned back they were not helpful and told me that they would not take liability. This was neither picked up by a surveyor or from the qualified plumbers/technicians upon installation and always having to be the one to follow up is not acceptable. So all in all, great communications whilst arranging the work but shocking after sales service.

New Worcester Bosh Boiler Fitted…

HI Had my new Worcester Bosh Boiler fitted 8 days after my survey was completed could not believe how quick their response was and also the deal agreed. We live in the Midlands so Aaron who came to fit the Boiler had to come from Liverpool way BUT he did it in a day by himself with no help and did not even stop for a tea/break. He is a smashing chap very helpful and knowledgeful and did a cracking job .He is a great asset to the company. I Would fully recommend this company.

Very impressed

Three young men came to replace our boiler. They worked tirelessly all day and did a fantastic job. During installation I got a call asking if everything was going ok. Highly recommend.

Great little company in my experience 👍

Great, I had my survey done and my boiler fitted within 2 weeks 😌. Seems like a great little company that specialises in home energy grants and we got a great deal on our boiler. I would say that they just need to provide written updates/confirmations either via text or emails just to clarify thing’s. Maybe that’s just me wanting reassurance but I had nothing to worry about as they had everything under control. I would like to thank Aaron for all his hard work on the day. He encountered a number of issues that added at least 2 hours to the job by having to go to both ends of the city to get two different parts. He stayed positive, calm and professional, a great asset to Zenith is Aaron who done a really tidy job. I would like to thank Sinead and Nicole who arranged everything and the surveyor who’s name I’ve forgotten sorry 🤦🏻‍♂️ it’s been a really good experience, thank you 👍😊

We had a good experience with Zenith, they were very helpful and arranged what we needed quickly and efficiently. The new boiler is great and a relief to have done so speedily! Would recommend.

Actually We were told the boiler would be free but it's actually turned out the £1500 fitted new valves to each radiator but two of the radiators valves Leaked and damaged are carpet in the lounge and the bathroom and it will need to be professionally dried out and cleaned who's going to pay for that

Great company, friendly and helpful

Great company! Which is a rare thing these days in my opinion. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I have to this time because of how good I think these people are. Had floor and loft insulation and new boiler fitted recently. Everyone I spoke to on the phone were really friendly and very helpful. The installers did a great job and were all nice guys. Special thanks to Mandy and Dan. I’m sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names for a shout out.
