Herr Nazim Bekmezci hat nach der Terminvergabe alles perfekt organisiert. Er war eine top Betreuung sowie Übersetzung. Wir wurden bestens von Ihm aufgeklärt und über jeden Schritt informiert. Lieber Nazin Bekmezci! Ich habe es genossen, sehr zu respektieren . Ich bin selbst taub. Meine Nase wurde operiert . Es hilft immer, mit dem Telefon aktiv nach Deutschland zu übersetzen. Immer besorgt fragt mich alles ok . In der Klinik ist alles super und ordentlich für die Operation . alles Positive. Sehr schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten von Izmir :) ❤️

I had an amazing co-ordinator Busem who was there for me throughout the process, she was extremely helpful as I was so nervous but she helped calm me down. The dental facility was extremely clean and all staff were very kind and welcoming. The dentist was very knowledgable about the process and was able to answer any questions I had. I’m so happy with the finished look of my teeth and would definitely recommend mono clinic to my friends and family.

Ive recently been and visited Mono Clinic for a Breast argumentation, I couldn’t be anymore happy with the experience in which was provided from start to finish. On arrival there was someone already waiting ready to take me to my hotel from the airport. The hotel was very clean and modern, as-well as very welcoming when I arrived as well as returning after surgery. At first I was worried about travelling and getting surgery alone but I was always checked up on and always had help. My patient services coordinator was great, he arranged all my check ups etc as-well as always checking up on me and answering all my questions through out. Overall the staff at mono clinic was very welcoming and always there to help, they honestly made me love my stay. Ive had the best experience, I will definitely be returning for any future surgery I may want. Thank you Mono Clinic 🙏🏼

I spent a week with Mono and honestly couldn’t fault anything during my stay. Surgery went well, recovery is great. The whole thing was made so much better by my patient co ordinator Mustafa. He was amazing and couldn’t do enough for my husband and I. Mustafa stayed with my husband while I went into surgery and both was there as soon as I woke up. My surgeon was fantastic and knew exactly what I wanted and delivered. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and again was so helpful with everything. I’ll definitely be arranging another visit after Christmas.

I came to Turkey to get my teeth done & to have a rhinoplasty, from the moment I stepped of the plane I was well looked after,. Tolga was so very helpful and corresponded with me from arriving, he let me know when my appointments were & when I would be picked up to attend them. Nothing was too much for him to do, he even set up a hair appointment for me & made sure I got there & that I was collected afterwards. The care at Mono Clinic is outstanding, I am very happy with my experience. I'm Thankful Tolga was there every step of the way . I would like to Thank Emir too for coming with me to the hospital for my surgery & being there when I woke up he really put my mind at ease. Lovely caring people I'm glad were by my side. Thank you guys.

My experience with mono is mixed as I had some issues with my first appointment at the clinic, however any appointments after that went smoothly and I was happy with the end result. The staff at the clinic and the aftercare villa are wonderful, they couldn't do enough for you and were very helpful and compassionate. Although there is room for improvement on a few different issues I'm confident they can address them.

Had such an great experience at Mono! From the pick up at the airport to the accommodation, everything has been exceptional. All the staff were always so friendly and welcoming at the Clinic&Villa. Special thanks to my patient co-ordinater Muhammed Günel who was absolutely amazing and definitely an asset to Mono! From when I got to Izmir, I knew if I needed anything I had him there to speak to, help & support me. He also checked up on me everyday which I appreciate soo much. I would 100% recommend Mono Clinic to anybody, can’t wait to come back next year!

I recently had my teeth fixed with Mono. The whole thing was fantastic. From the pick up at the airport by limo. The accommodation. The team that looked after me. During my stay. The limo service provided by Mono each day I needed to visit foe appointments. And no forgetting the end result. My teeth. WOW 👌 👏 😍. Mono sold me a dream of a great smile. What I was not expecting was the feeling of happiness 😊. Overwhelming happiness. And a smile that has changed my life. For better. I would like to point out a two members of their team. Both of these two team members went above and beyond their duties. Damla at the clinic. A wonderful young lady. Showing compassion understanding and most importantly her caring nature. What an asset to Mono she really is 🤩🥰😊. Then there is Tugrul from the villa. A young man with dedication,loyalty to the brand, and a champion of the business. This guy was a stand out employee. Who embodies everything Mono wants to be known for! His after care towards all the clients. What I witnessed was outstanding. This young man is a 5***** stand out. He deserves many merrits for his work his attitude and his professionalism. The CEO should be aware he has a true Gem in tugrul. Thank you Mono you have made me very happy indeed 💜 😊 ☺ *****

I had a great experience with Mono, very professional, attentive, happy people!.. My PA Görkem is such a lovely person, very sweet very attentive treating you like you were one of his family members I wasn’t at all alone cause he was always at the end of the phone if I need it answering my questions most of the time instantly, I think they have little time to sleep!.. Highly recommend anyone!.. The only thing I would advise is maybe stay at Four Views Sheraton as more going on like shops, restaurants, bars. As I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn they didn’t have much, but the hotel and staff were amazing, very friendly people always with a smile nothing was to much trouble even when I called for more pillows coffee, water and toilet paper 🙈😜😄…
