From the first time i was introduced till the time i went in for the surgery! Excellent service 👏 👍. There was someone waiting for me at the Airport, Mustafa took over and instantly became like a long time trusted friend. Was with me every step of the way, the hospital stay and finally the villa, too fine answering all questions. Had no fears when i went into surgery because all questions were answered by Mustafa and Cam of Mono ... my surgeon is super great 👌 I have started recommending Mono to all my friends thanks to Mustafa.. I will certainly be back after loosing all the weight.

Very beautiful teeth I have now, I am very happy with the result. Special thanks to the endodontist for the high quality nerve removal, unfortunately this was not my first time having a nerve removed and I was already expecting to be in pain for a week afterwards, but I still felt no pain after the anaesthesia had passed. My gums were also cut very nicely, just the way I wanted them to be. I didn't feel any pain, just admiring the beauty. And thank you so much Muhammad for always being there for me.

I came over for a week with my partner and children. They took care of all our needs and nothing was too much trouble! Mustafa was amazing and helped me with anything I asked! The Mono hotel was stunning and the food was lovely. My teeth (crowns) look even better than I ever imagined. My dentist was very friendly and put me at ease when I was feeling nervous. I would definitely recommend mono clinic!

This is my second time at Monoclinik and i am very happy that i chose them ! The surgeries and staff were great and I would recommend to anyone wanting hair or dental surgery. However the scheduling was completely off and for that reason alone I would recommend staying at least 2-3 weeks for the recovery process and for any lingering questions you may have after the surgeries. I also did not appreciate the lies that were told to me from the beginning about where I would be staying. They will tell you will be staying at the Marriott , Wyndham, Sheraton, or Hilton when they will have you in their on personal clinic which will have problems with the AC and WiFi continuously. The hotel staff however was very pleasant. My experience was made by personal care taker Emir. He is bomb af and I would recommend him to anyone 10/10. Busem, Pelin, and the male receptionist from the hotel. These individuals made my stay so much better than it would’ve been had they not been there.

I would like to give my review, the planning and preparation before me traveling for my procedure went smoothly thanks to Ceren the patient coordinator she was there anytime. Its now been 5 weeks post my lipoabdominoplasty! I am very happy with the results!! The first week was the toughest but actually not as bad as I had thought it would be! I am still in contact with my patient coordinator Busem she has been a star from day one me going alone she really was a darling and there for me!! And shout out my surgeon Dr Deniz Yildrim you worked miracles on me you did an amazing job!! I am glad I went ahead with my procedure and would recommend anyone considering cosmetic surgery to go through Mono Cosmetics in Izmir, Turkey! They brought back my confidence after 12 years of having 2 kids and 2 c sections!! 😁😁 XOX

Zirconia Crowns Experience; I came to get my teeth done after many years. The whole experience at first was brilliant, I would have definitely recommended Clinic Mono. HOWEVER, that all changed once I got home. I soon realised I had an issue with gaps known as leakage on my left side of my mouth. I contacted Mono who told me it was natural and the issue would go by itself, it needed more time, I did everything they asked. In the end I went to 2 dentists in the UK, my NHS dentist and a Turkish dentist who has an aftercare clinic in the UK for patients he has treated in Turkey. Both advised I needed to go back as the work performed was a very poor standard. My bite was well off on the left hand side and I had loads of gaps top and bottom that should not be there. I struggled to get Mono clinic to let me come back, but in the end I insisted I was coming. I had to pay for my own flight and hotel for the stay of 5 nights, they told me my dental fix would be free. When I got to the clinic they assesed my teeth and said yes there are gaps they completely removed the top left side crowns and did a recast, they repaired the bottom with filler. Before the repair they tried to say my crowns had moved because of my wisdom tooth pushing on them because it did grow inward. The aftercare person tried to extort money from by advising me I needed to have 2 extractions for £300 or I would have no fix after telling me it was free. I spoke to my own dentist whilst not at the clinic and was advised my wisdom tooth has been like this for years and has xrays to prove it. It has never been an issue, I was advised not to go through with the extractions because it was not required. When I first got the treatment it was for 20 crowns, but once I got there they said I needed 23 crowns for more money. At the time I agreed, it ended up being 22 crowns in the end. After talking to both the UK based dentists I was advised the 2 additional crowns was never required in the first place. My wisdom tooth was behind one of these crowns that never needed to be done in the first place. My bottom crowns was a mess and had nothing to do with this wisdom tooth issue however, Clinic Mono tried to extort money from me saying if I don't pay £300 for the extractions I would not get any treatment procdure. I could not believe it.. I told him I had no more money because I never, even if I did I would not have paid. I wanted a refund for my financial losses, this was due to the flight and hotel money I had to spend to get the issue fixed not of my own making. He said these are unfortunate unforseen issues and do not refund for this. I asked did they still have the xrays from my first visit when my crowns was done? They did and it shown my wisdom tooth was the same the first time round, so I put to him why did I not need these extractions on my first visit but all of sudden, I do now? I got no answer, I also put to him why did you do the back tooth next to my crown on one side but not the other side? That second question was advised by my dentist, again I got no answer. All the isues I have had related to the treament provided by Clinic Mono. DO NOT GO WITH THESE BUNCH OF COWBOYS. I have asked for a refund for my costs for the second trip and after a struggle I got my teeth fixed to how they should have been in the first place. Like many I'm now getting ignored on my messages, The sad thing is I've gave them every oppertunituy to resolve the matter, I just wanted my costs refunded but now I'm in the process of a law suite for medical malpractice, extortion and financial losses. GO WITH CLINIC MONO AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

I have a very good experience and a good treat from the people how work for monoclinic, Cemre and Mustafa and doctors ect and also the people from Vila Emrecan and Tuğrul the top guys.I recommend Mono Clinic for everyone and thank you for the good treatment you give me.Bogdan

Everything went as planned. Saw my name on the board as soon as I got out of the airport. Got dropped at the airport and informed of next. Got picked up promptly to the hospital all test done. Mustapha picked us up at the hotel to the hospital and he was very good in explaining and taking us to where we needed to be.

Mono clinic is very Good and i would recommened it to everyone. My Contact Person Nazim who helped us with everything from beginning to the End was a very polite and competent Person who you could rely on. It was a Good decision.
