Ordered flowers to Curacao for today for Valentine's Day and nothing was delivered. No responses and no one picks up the calls. Scammers

Shocking Customer Service! I ordered flowers for delivery and stipulated they needed to be delivered during the business day and preferably before noon. I ordered them days in advance. I heard nothing, until they were "out for delivery" literally all day. I asked what was happening they stated they could be delivered any time of day or night!!! I told them this was totally unacceptable and I had made this clear when ordering, I also stated i would be considering getting a refund, because there was no use delivering them after Valentine's Day... Absolutely ZERO Response. This site acts without integrity or any semblance of customer care, they are a third party ordering site and nothing more.

I have ordered valentine flower to my wife. they didn't deliver as promised on valentine day 14/02/2025. They haven't deliver, but marked as delivered. I have been touch with a man called Kamran, who closely monitored the delivery but finally ordered item was throw away somewhere and we never received, Our valentine day is a suffering day

100 euros to get 15 red roses.. Quite a dissapointment.

La mia ragazza ha detto anche che il fattorino era estremamente gentile , ma probabilmente quella è stata solo fortuna ! Hanno potuto rendere magico un San Valentino che altrimenti con 9000 km di distanza sarebbe stato privo di sorprese… GRAZIE !!

You cancel on the day the flowers are supposed to be delivered.

Deeply disappointing delivery. I ordered a bouquet for a dear friend who lost her young partner to cancer. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the online photo. Just stems thrown in a cheap vase with no greenery or arrangement. I paid 110 euro. I complained and they said they will issue a token 20 euro refund which does not compensate for such an offensive delivery. Have NEVER had this happen with another floral business. Order elsewhere. I wish I could upload the photos - shockingly awful.
