I ordered flowers to be delivered on Dec. 24 which was the option that was given to me. I also received a confirmation. The flowers were not delivered. Order cancelled and I was given a refund.

Awful service. Flowers delivered on the wrong day, no apology and bad communication trying to resolve. Very poor customer service and the customer agent closes the chat before giving a proper answer. I'll never use again.

I was so amazed at the next day service of flowers and cakes delivered to Pakistan! Everything was best quality and just perfect. This was a wonderful experience using internet florist! And they ship so many other items besides flowers, perfume, etc. I will definitely shop again and whole heartedly recommend Internet Florist!

The address I had given for flowers to be delivered was very difficult to deliver to as it was a shred villa with a locked gate, three times the company tried delivering then had to message me in a different country and still reattempted next morning with success,thank you so much for your patience and service and not charging extra for inconvenience.
