They were in contact with me constantly since there was an issue with the flowers. The new arrangement was absolutely lovely. She loved them and that's good enough. Thank you again.

Easy to order Flowers were much paler than the photo on the website. I appreciate that flowers are chosen depending on seasons and what the florist has but it was quite different to what I wanted sent. Flowers did last long though.

I absolutely loved the roses, and I really appreciated that they were delivered on the same day. However, the delivery time was stretched longer than expected. What I didn’t like at all was the message. I thought it would be printed or presented nicely, but it was sent on a piece of paper with rushed handwriting, and it looked unattractive. This detail could definitely be improved
