Avoid at all costs

Terrible. One star, only because I was unable to leave at zero. In good time, I ordered and paid for a bouquet to be delivered 7th January . In addition, I paid a supplement for delivery between 9am and 1pm. I received confirmation of the order and a link to open a personal account, which would allow me to track my order. This didn’t work, it said no order found. On numerous occasions, I rang the UK number, but then cut off after a few rings. On the day of the delivery, I became extremely concerned when I found the delivery had not taken place in the requested time slot. I sent an email and received a prompt response, where I was advised that the order had not been processed correctly. Rizwan offered a humble apology and confirmed I would receive a full refund. The following day, the bouquet arrived. This was of no use as my daughter has returned to her home address. The flowers are now just with a friend. My daughter never got to see them. I received a new email quoting they had ‘successfully’ ( delivering a day late is not a success!) tge flowers. I contacted the company, and reminded them that I had already received an apology and confirmation that I would be receiving a full refund. The response was appalling. Apparently, the apology and refund were for a different customer. They quoted some T&C that some orders can arrive a day late… pathetic and extremely poor customer service. I paid over €54 for nothing. It has been a very upsetting experience. I have requested further information as to which florist was used, and they are not responding to my request. My advice, don’t waste your time and money on this company. They should be avoided at all costs.

The quality of the floral products and their presentation was superb.

The quality of the floral products and their presentation arrangement was superb. Instructions were followed precisely. Products from non-floral providers were NOT as shown in the sample photos and below that quality. Chocolate package was sold as containing Cadburry and only a far less quality locally made chocolate was delivered.
