Der Kurier konnte die Bestellung Nr. 312454 nicht zustellen und hinterließ eine Notiz, dass wir den Blumenstrauß selbst abholen sollten. Als wir ihn abholten, stellte sich heraus, dass unser Strauß verkauft worden war und stattdessen ein anderer aus Resten zusammengestellt wurde, der überhaupt nicht dem ursprünglichen entsprach.
