I’ve used this company a few times and not had any problems but on my last order the flowers delivered were not as shown in the on line description,they were so small and not the right colour. I made the company aware of this and asked if they could refund or deliver the correct order my request was denied and they insisted that the order was correct. Obviously I won’t be using this company again due to problems Very disappointing service

It was a nice bouquet, but the roses weren’t that fresh and they hadn’t removed any leaves from the stalk at the bottom part nor cut some of the stems properly, so I had to disassemble it anyway and do it myself, so they didn’t rot as fast, when standing in water. But they did do a very quick delivery directly to my door and I appreciated the effort and the wrapping paper was fun, like an old newspaper.

The flowers delivery went well, but I was charged for chocolates that you did not have and did not provide, but somehow you 'forgot' to remove if from your website... and I'm still waiting for that refund ....
