On the 31.10 it was a holiday in Hamburg area of Germany, so the package was unlikely to arrive on that day and it wasn't mentioned on the website. The date was one of the main reasons to choose your website to buy. Nevertheless, the flowers arrived on the next day, in a perfect condition.
