Me and my sister ordered a bouquet for a friend via Flowers4Norway.com. The total price was 863 NOK, so I was expecting a premium arrangement as shown on the website. However, what I received looked nothing like the advertised picture—it lacked roses, greenery, and the refined look of a composite bouquet. Instead, it resembled something I could find at a supermarket for a fraction of the price. When I contacted customer service, they insisted that the bouquet matched the “specified design and details,” despite the clear differences. They cited seasonal variation as the reason, but the actual bouquet was far from meeting my expectations. For the price I paid, I anticipated a much higher quality product and better customer care. I feel disappointed and let down by this experience. I cannot recommend this service and would advise others to look elsewhere for their floral needs.
