Even though I gave an exact address with a google location, they couldn’t find the address. The whole idea of the gift was to be a surprise but because it had to be redelivered, I had to let my friend know about the incoming delivery. I wanted a picture of the gift box and flowers prior to sending it off with the delivery, but they told me it was not possible. I was frustrated because I am paying for something and I’d like to see what I am paying for. This should be my right as I am paying for this service. There was also a mis-communication between the Florist company and the delivery company. Unfortunately I won’t be using this service again.
