I don't like to give reviews online but this is the WORST customer service that I ever experienced! They don't respond to calls and just cancel your order. I'm very disappointed as the other customers on this review platform. Do not waste your time with this company. What a shame.

Stay well away from this company if you…

Stay well away from this company if you don't want to ruin your professional reputation, lose your clients and waste a huge amount of time and energy chasing orders all the time. So many orders are not produced at all and a month after the order has been placed nobody knows what is going on.. A nightmare service with a buggy website and non-functioning system. Refunding orders doesn't help so if you need a reliable printing partner, run! I would be better off printing in China..

THE WORST!!

I have been using Printi formally Pixartprinting"italy" for years now. Pixart which has outstanding quality control has what seems given the company over to people that can careless about quality in the USA. I have had countless issues with orders and every-time they say sorry and fix it. Why not just have quality control form the start? Why are YELLOW splats on all your booklets, why are all the spines always broken? I would use this printer if you plan on giving your clients trash.. If you seek quality go somewhere else.

Folds and wrinkles in cardstock

Ordered an 11x14 glicee print of a digital art file. While image quality was acceptable, the card stock was rolled into a tube in shipping, creating folds throughout the image, making it unusable. It looks like someone rolled it up and sat on it. This could have been avoided by flat packing the print and shipping it in an envelope. Very disappointing result for a $20 print. Will not be using Printi again. I don’t have time to risk a reprint before Christmas.

first time customer

I had trouble getting my document to meet printing standards (all my fault). The customer service associates were so nice and helpful while I tried to work through the issues on my end. They offered to help in multiple ways (without charging me for it). Once I finally got it right, my brochures were printed and shipped quickly. Prices were better with Printi than with other companies, including local companies. I received my order within the promised timeframe and it was exactly as I expected. I will definitely reorder from Printi in the future. They met or exceeded all expectations.

I finally got my order into the cart

I finally got my order into the cart. The site defaulted to the wrong set up, I wanted a trifold brochure and it went into a half fold, therefore when I finally was able to upload the file, I received an email that it was wrong. Finally, thru 2 hours on Support Chat, this was discovered, I was offered a voucher, cancelled the order and had to reorder the brochure. After many attempts, I was not able to do so. I then went back to Support Chat, since there is no other means of communication with this company, Printi. And then after an hour or more, 'Nathalie' gave up. I still have paid for a brochure I cannot upload, cannot speak with anyone, and have to order this item elsewhere! ANGRY! Would rather call it a NO STAR RATING!

Thank you Printi team for yet another…

Thank you Printi team for yet another great job. Our client's Table Runner arrived today. The print and material quality is excellent. One suggestion would be to include the fabric weight on the site. All Printi competitors include that spec on their site and it is helpful information to know how heavy or lightweight the material is. Actually, it was a pleasant surprise to find out that Printi's fabric is one of the heaviest on the market.

The best printer ever!

I've been using Printi (formerly Pixart) for 3 years, and I've been super impressed with the quality of their products. They are the exclusive printer of my yearly planners, and I love how much control I have over the page texture, thickness, color, and even how many I want printed. There is no other printer I would trust with my business.

Get A PHONE LINE! Horrible Customer Service

You think you are saving so much money by eliminating the phone, but that is the last order I place with your company because it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach someone. Funny thing is, two weeks ago, there was a phone number and that is why I gave you a try. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT RETURN EMAILS, DO NOT RETURN CHAT QUESTIONS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
