Great fast service

ordered my bike on Thursday for Saturday delivery, they emailed explaining they couldn't achieve the Saturday delivery so would refund the delivery charge and ship for Tuesday delivery. so i took the day off work for Tuesday delivery, then on Tuesday i get an email saying its now moved to Wednesday! very frustrating, the main reason for choosing H2 gear was due to the quick turnaround listed in the checkout, they did send a £50 compensation but i still feel frustrated over the delivery

Giant Contact SL Stem. I needed a shorter stem after bike fit so ordered this from H2 Gear as they had best deal on line. Item arrived and is a genuine quality Giant part, delivered free and within two days. Highly recommended.

Great price and speedy delivery very impressed only comment would be Giant Race Day BIB shorts ordered large as previously had a medium which was too small, large doesn’t come up much bigger so not as comfy fit as my Endura BIB shorts.
