Unfortunately the delivery company put my order on the wrong van. I phoned up H2Gear at their shop because their web team had already gone home. They followed up the order, and phoned me back with the information, and my bike arrived the next day. Brilliant customer service on top of really good pricing!

Web order issue and wrong web site information

h2 Advertised Specialized Crosstrail Carbon 2016 at a good price. When ordered on web site, no confirmation for days and then when called advised run out of stock with the bike in question still showing on the web site as available at the price as ordered. I would advise not to trust them and not to order from them. Also seem to be confusing address information and collection instructions on the web site.

H2Gear service fine, courier on the other hand!

The service from H2Gear was fine, they responded to my query within 24hours. However, the courier UKMail were useless. Took over a week and 4 failed attempts to deliver.

Ordered the bike and expected delivery …

Ordered the bike and expected delivery as stated in the next few working days. Had email to say they were waiting payment / proof of voucher, when I had paid in full. Eventually sorted and then found out bike would need to made a d wouldn’t get delivery until the Friday when I would be back to work. The bike was then found to have damage and I was offered some pedals FOC. I have peddles so Requested monetary value which was agreed at £70. I’m yet to receive this refund although the bike has been with me since last week. Additionally when I returned to work I found the bike to be on my outside stairs case laid down infrong of my door. No phone call or delivery card and a £1000 bike left in the open for anyone to take!! I feel you should let you delivery company know this is less than acceptable. I could have claim I had never received the bike. If you could chase my refund it would be appreciated .
