Ordering from H2Gear was smooth as butter. I had my bike and my accessories in less than five days. Bike was in good condition, no scratches or anything on it. Sadly the shipping company managed to bend my derailleur hanger and I had problems shifting correctly. Time for some mechanical work !

I am very pleased with the bike, the price of it, and the delivery. However it was not seemingly put together well before it was dismantled for shipping. The wheel was tricky to put on due to the brake cable not being seated properly, none of the bolts were torqued to the correct level, and the gears weren't setup right. So overall pleased with the bike, but disappointed with the bike setup. Had I been a novice and/or not had the correct tools, I'd have been really struggling.
