Purchased a Giant bike on line at what I would consider to be a very good price. Goods arrived to my home in Northern Ireland within two days.Two small bolts missing, so rang h2 gear. I have been looking for a new bike for a while and when I saw the sale price offered I decided to make the purchace. The order process was simple and the Giant Anyroad was dispatched speedily with a bonus product too. The goods arrived within a couple of days [weekend order] with plenty of notice from H2gear and the courier. A good experience all round.

Can easily speak to very helpful staff on the phone should you need to. Great customer service and the free next day/scheduled delivery option is spot on. They use a good courier too, who emails estimated delivery time on the day

Searched the net for the bike I wanted, found it on multiple sites, H2gear by far had the best offer and the service from start to finish was first class. I cannot recommend them enough to anybody. Thanks H2gear!

Ordered the item online and then spent two days getting the finance sorted (which was then approved) to then receive an email the day after stating that the item wasn't in stock after all! If it's out of stock, then save people wasting their time by stating so on the website.
