item was not as described I bought a book and the book was supposed to come with a dvd, and it did not. for the price I paid for this book I would've expected it to come with the dvd! I emailed the company and they responded with, there's not much we can do, items are not checked before they're sent out. I could have gotten this book for 1/3 of the price brand new without the dvd, but the dvd was a crucial part of why I ordered the book. the item also came extremely scratched after the description claimed to be excellent condition. they never returned my email asking if I return it could I get my money back, if I returned the item. will never order from here again I am highly disappointed.
