I recently sent you an email saying that one of my books was particularly damaged. The pages were torn and taped back together, but it was reported in good condition. I’ve yet to hear back from customer service. Also stop putting tape on the slips inside the books, it damages the book when removed.

Still haven't received my order after weeks of waiting.
