Ordered two books. One was as described and in good condition, but the other title was not so. I know they are used, but do not describe book as acceptable and it definitely is as not. I would send it back, but needed it for report and had to meet a deadline

I never received my book even though I paid for expedited shipping. My son needed it for his summer class and had to go without it for over a week. I had to buy it from another seller. I contacted this company over and over about information over my book and only got a generic response about their shipping policy. This is a horrible company and no one should ever buy from them.
