What a fantastic trip! Thank You to ‘NaturesLens’ and their Greek ‘team’ ...... A superbly run trip, with amazing opportunities to photograph the beautiful Dalmatian Pelicans in their lake habitat. Well organised, clear guidelines given when Covid lockdown caused postponement and prompt, friendly communication. I can thoroughly recommend this trip.

Covid has been a challenge for all concerned including the photographic community. We are all trying our best to stay motivated and whilst one after another of our organised trips are cancelled, Natureslens have kept us updated and we are safe in the knowledge our deposits are secure. In the background they are busy organising new and exciting trips for the future whilst trying to create local trips to tide us over during this “no travel” time. I’m looking forward to many more well organised trips in the future when life has returned to some sort of normalcy, in the meantime I shall be looking at their website and dreaming of future trips.

I was booked to visit India to photograph one of my favourite animals, the tiger, in March 2020. Sadly we had to call off the trip at the very last minute (covid reasons) but I was at all times kept well informed and was offered a replacement trip a year later. Communication was excellent throughout the planning and then postponement of the trip, and I felt I was genuinely being looked after. When we get round to actually going (probably in 2022) I will have no doubt it will he handled particularly well and I can relax knowing I am in excellent hands.

I had been on my first wildlife photography trip with Natureslens in january 2020, having had a excellent trip, I booked another trip, this time to photograph the Pelicans of lake Kerkini in Greece for 2021. As we all know the pandemic hit. I contacted Natureslens who told me not to pay the final balance for the trip and wait to see how things were going.At the beging of november they contacted me to say,the trip would not be going ahead as easyjet had canceled all flights for January 2021. They gave me three options to transfer my booking to 2022,( of which I did ) have a full refund of any monies paid or book onto any of there other trips. Also they sent me an email on how to get my money back from easyjet for the flight this was refunded in two days of me emailing easyjet. A most excellent company to deal with and dealt with the situation very efficiently. Thank you David & Pui

I booked a trip to Greece for January 2021, my third trip with Natures Lens, due to the pandemic this was cancelled. The people at Natures Lens promptly offered a number of alternatives, including the same trip in 2022 at 2021 prices and a full refund. In view of the present uncertain times I choose the full refund and the money was transferred back into my account in less than 24 hours. All my dealings with Natures Lens have led me to believe that they are a first class organisation doing their best to offer diverse and cost effective wildlife photography opportunities and I look forward to booking future trips with them.

I had booked to go on a trip with Natureslens in January 2021. They have kept me informed of developments in good time throughout the pandemic. Now that it has been cancelled they have offered me a place in 2022 at the same price or my money back. Very disappointed that Covid has stopped me travelling but looking forward to going in a year's time. I feel for companies having to cope with all this extra work/stress during these unusual times and wish them well. I'll certainly be happy to wait for my Pelican experience.

Due to the second lockdown our photography trip to Norfolk with Nature Lens had to be cancelled. We were kept informed throughout and offered alternative dates or a total refund. Having opted for a refund we had a prompt reply and monies were in our bank within 24hrs. We can not fault the response we had and have already booked to travel with them again. Highly recommend.

I have traveled both to Spain and Costa Rica with NaturesLens and enjoyed both trips. I think the best thing is that they had contact with the locals ensuring we were at the appropriate locations to photograph. I have three more trips scheduled with them and I think that is probably the highest endorsement you can give - rebook. Of course, with Covid everything is uncertain at the present time but I look forward to my scheduled trips when normalcy returns.

In these current times of uncertainty, we have to accept that with the 'best will in the world' plans and commitments are more than likely to change, through no specific individuals fault. Government advice, that we as individual and companies have to follow is fluid at the best of times. The best that I can do is to research for some 'best advice' and look at the independant guidance that companies like Which? And MoneySavingsExpert have provided and most importantly work in partnership with the travel company that I have booked my holidays through. I have had 3 holidays cancelled this year, one package and 2 where I have sourced bits from different suppliers. In each case I have followed the prevailing 'common sense' approach of following the freely available and oft repeated guidance of waiting for the service provider to cancel the trip and to work with them for a refund or re-booking one they have informed me that the trip is not running. In every case I have had a refund or a re-booking (that was my choice) Getting to specifics, I can not praise Natureslens enough for all the help and guidance they have provided me. They have rescheduled my trip with them until Q2/2021 and have already made it clear that if they have to cancel it again that they will discuss the options ooen to me once (and if) they have to cancel it. I am so pleased with the way that David and his wife have treated me, with honesty, openness and fairness, but saying that I am not in anyway surprised, as this has been the way they have always treaded me in the may years and trips that I have had with them. They are not actually behaving in any way new, they have always been professional. I have to be pragmatic about the current situation, and my rescheduled trip along with the two other trips I have just booked with them for 2021 may not actually happen as planned, but I am confident that working with them will get things sorted out if the circumstances dictate that changes have to be made, otherwise I am looking forward to having three holiday with (my own personal view here) the best photographic travel specialists that I am aware of. To summarise this all up, do your research, read documentation and most importantly treat people with courtesy and respect and Natureslens cant to enough to help you.
