The initial process is easy to follow, the staff are very punctual with their response to any queries you have but most importantly, my boxes were delivered as per the expected delivery date. There were no delays and the boxes arrived undamaged.

I am about halfway through the process with my boxes loaded on a container at port. Throughout, Seven Seas have smoothed the way with easy-to-navigate online guidance - probably the best I have ever used. Their own boxes are sturdy and strong - I needed to use only half the number ordered. Delivery and collection of filled and unused boxes was smooth with drivers friendly, on time, and efficient. Notifications throughout have been brilliant. My technical expertise is lacking and I worried a little bit about the online process. Actually, it was very smooth with any doubts dispelled by one simple telephone call. I have every confidence in recommending Seven Seas.

the live tracking was a bit odd at times in terms of accuracy of locations but the customer service was exceptional in helping with anything i needed, with fast replies. my packages were picked up on time and i was phoned when the driver was 15 minutes away to make sure i was ready, my package then arrived a few weeks later than originally expected but was updated on all of these issues, the boxes were in good condition and nothing was broken when it arrived. would definitely recommend to a friend and will be using again!!

I strongly recommend using an independent insurance provider for the MoveCube service or opting out of insurance entirely. If you do choose their premier insurance policy, be sure to carefully review the terms and conditions, as they are strategically worded and may be used to deny your claim, even if clear evidence is presented of their employees packing the MoveCube. It’s best not to allow Seven Seas' employees to handle the packing-even if offered — pack it yourself for full peace of mind.
