I love the idea that even though my issue can be easily handled telephonically or by email, I still have someone I can directly communicate with via WeChat for any issues. Maggie is always available and swift to respond. The pricing is also more reasonable than most shipping companies and agents. The only problem I had was that their biggest boxes were still too small for me.

My contact, Phoebe, has been amazing. She has been available to answer all of my questions and helped me understand the process. When there were issues with paperwork, she helped me resolve the issues in a timely manner.

I recently had to make a last minute booking for a small cube with the Cape Town branch. The team was extremely helpful. They called me after I sent a email query and helped me over the phone to complete the booking. We also then decided that the small cube would be too small. Again I contacted the team to ask for help. They were so friendly and helped me upgrade the cube to a medium size without any issues. I was kept informed every step of the way what was happening with the delivery of our cube. When the truck arrived to let us load the cube, Hugh and Keenan were so friendly and helpful. Making the whole process that much easier. So far we have had a really good experience with the Seven Seas Cape Town branch! Thank you so much for your help during a very stressful time.
