Very helpful customer service, efficient pick-up service, and good communication throughout the process. Yet to receive my items on the other end of the shipment but looking forward to that going smoothly.

Seven Seas delivered a most professional and friendly service when moving our belongings from South Africa to Wales. We knew exactly what was happening and where our belongs were, every step of the way. The tracking features where up-to-date, communication prompt, and generally an all round excellent service. The packing box is strong. the drivers to drop off boxes and pick up boxes both on time even came in early than expected. the online customer service and wechat customer service are very helpful for instructions. good experience !

The services provided are great. The entire process is seamless and swift. The customer service is also outstanding. All my queries were answered promptly. However, due to limited competition, while prices are competitive, there is still room for discounts, especially regarding the destination charge on the UK side, which is higher than the shipping charge from the China port to the UK port for two clothing boxes.

Overall I would definitely recommend Seven Seas to arrange the shipping of goods. The site is easy to use and when I had any questions, they replied quickly and they kept me informed with up to date communication throughout. Their drivers in NZ and the UK were helpful, friendly and on time. My only criticism was of their telephone communication to arrange delivery of my Move Cube which was unfortunately, officious and unhelpful which was out of sync with the rest of my experience with this company which was excellent.

Service is good. The different types of box, help with easily packing; ex. Book box that not too tall size, so more easy to lift up. The driver is friendly. The online support is good, easy to access, and can track the shipment.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Seven Seas logistics. The customer service team was excellent and patiently answered all my questions. The packaging quality was good, and I received timely email notifications about my shipment status. However, I am dissatisfied with the loading service in Xiamen. The truck arrived 3 hours late, which disrupted all my plans for the day. Despite repeatedly explaining the nature of my items, they didn't properly plan or prepare an appropriate loading strategy for my goods.
