Hong Kong to Sydney shipment: The delivery man only left our goods at the public main gate on the main road, instead of helping to deliver into our garage area or inside home. This is totally not a door-to-door service! Poor service.

Great customer experience and very fast. I made a sudden decision to move from Germany back to Canada, with only 3 month to plan. Seven Seas was really good about getting everything set up and guiding me through the process of packing and shipping, plus the paperwork. They are really easy and straightforward way to send your good form one location to another. Even they help with the customs process. Maybe a point to consider is the delay between receiving goods and shipment. If you forget to fill in documents in a short time, extra charges for warehousing are applied.
