Excellent service

Fast service, specialized information, and helpful agents have made this move a pleasure. It would be nice to have more time to amend the amount of boxes needed, however, as it is difficult to estimate how much was needed and then I did not have additional time to receive a much needed extra box.

Very happy with the service and supplies

I requested three packing boxes and received them a few days before I was told I would, which was great because I could start packing well before time. The boxes were sturdy and came with very specific instructions which were easy to follow. I was also provided heavy duty tape. I needed a couple of extra days to pack so I called just 16 hours before they were to be picked up and they quickly changed my box pickup date to a few days later. There was a small charge since I left it too late to call and say I needed a few more days, but I was very happy with the service and it was worth having 3 more days to pack and get organized. Filling in the online documentation seemed like a lot to do, however it was very easy and very clearly laid out. I completed the documentation within an hour and was very pleased with the user experience. My boxes were picked up from my second floor apartment and taken out carefully to the truck outside. I have been waiting a month for them to get on a shipping container, however they are now on one so I expect they will arrive in the UK within a couple of months.

Seven seas were on time for pick up and helpful with the paperwork, driver was reasonably helpful and polite also gave ample time for loading crate.I thought the crate would have been a little more substantial for such a long journey but trust seven seas as you’ve done this many times. All in all a relatively good experience.

Every step of the way was really easy…

Every step of the way was really easy so far and all the staff members we’ve dealt with were friendly and super helpful. Our package is still in shipping, but we hope everythin arrives fine. We made use of a move cube, and it made packing and sorting things a lot easier.

I am undergoing self-service shipping…

I am undergoing self-service shipping from southern California and my four packages are in-transit. I received an email this morning that my packages are en route to China (I’m situated in Taipei). It has been smooth sailing so far. :) From getting empty boxes (comes with packing tape and marker!) delivered to my doorstep, to adding my inventory information - which was a very detailed, painstaking process simplified by the website’s form - to getting my package picked up, everything has been going great. When I had a question about required documents, I called customer service and a human being was easily accessible who knew the answer to my question immediately. :) I’m hoping the rest of the process goes as smoothly!

Useless- AVOID

Response: I’m sure bags do go missing in exceptional circumstances, so why was I given no idea of what these circumstances were or what was done to help remedy them? This is a poor excuse for losing a huge bag, filled with expensive items. Come up with a better response to explain why I’ve been left heartbroken at the loss of my items and without any explanation, not to mention hugely out of pocket. Sent expensive items. Despite being in a huge, recognisable bag, the company ‘lost’ them. They did nothing to help me search for my expensive and meaningful items, which were lost through sheer incompetence. I was given the lowest settlement possible. Staff were rude and useless.
