The whole process was so easy. I used the MoveCube and boxes to ship items from Australia to UK. I contacted customer service twice as I had a few questions on the process. They were quick to answer, no waiting around, explained everything I needed to know and were really friendly. I went for the small MoveCube and it was great. The driver was super friendly and delivered the boxes and materials to my door efficiently. On the collection day, the same driver was really friendly and helpful when packing our stuff into the MoveCube. The materials provided for packing the boxes were great including the tape and protective sheet. The whole thing was super easy and efficient.

All good so far, used them for moving some boxes overseas. Good communication. Driver was very efficient and helpful. The portal could be better UX but had no problems submitting the documents. Boxes seem to be en route as planned. Will update once received on the other end.

Logistic arrangements by Seven Seas are punctual, effective and good value for money. Their staff members are helpful, nice and respond to enquiries or requests for assistance timely. Further, the design of the Movecube is fantastic. Good experience, and will definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

The customer service showed a quick reponse to my query and all depatch and collection service were stick to the schedule.

So far it’s been smooth sailing (pun intended- lol!). Agents on the phone are friendly and helpful and the driver who delivered the pod was fantastic! Only issue was the website and documentation (glitched in a few places). But there’s always someone on the phone who helps you navigate the issues. Communication is prompt and easy.

They handled any queries I had professional and their response was quick and self explanatory. I was kept up to date with the progress of my boxes.
