It'd be no exaggeration to say that Fresh Fitness Food changed my life - I have more time than ever, I've seen changes in my body I never thought were possible and I have more energy. For context, I work full-time, in London, and train anywhere from 5-15 hours per week. My grandma always used to say "a colourful plate is a healthy plate" and I worried a bit when I first signed up that I'd get chicken, rice and broccoli - I was so so wrong. Plates are flavourful, varied, full of different ingredients, and somehow all hit quite specific macros (I train ~10 hours per week and I'm heavy, so I need a lot of food and protein). Over 5 years have obviously had the odd hiccup (can count on one hand, and always minor or prompted by a very last minute request by me!) but the team has always been super kind and speedy to help. After a short trial I started buying in bulk and it brought the cost way down. My lunchtime meal is cheaper than Pret (or equivalent) and such a better fit for what I need. I cannot recommend FFF highly enough.

I’m a long term customer of FFF and having tried other food delivery services I can categorically say they are head and shoulders above the rest - from variety, to service and the fact your plan is fully customisable to suit your individual goals and needs. It makes my life so much easier and gives me back the time I would spend in the kitchen. Couldn’t recommend more!

I tried the 3 day meal plan. Didn’t realise this plan was going to renew the following week and got £90 deducted from my account. First week was all tasty , nothing to complain about. Despite feeling a little tricked into automatically continue the plan and paying an extra £90, I thought “oh well my bad, I must have missed some tiny tiny Clause somewhere”, the food was not good, one meal was full of raising despite being the only ingredient I requested not being there. And worst part is, I emailed the support email straight away to say “please cancel my subscription”, never got an answer. Then called today, spoke to a lady who said she had cancelled it and so I asked to please send me a confirmation email and she reassured me she would. Never got the email. Tried calling again and stayed on line for 10 minutes, no response despite finally being first in line. Just emailed again and will try calling again tomorrow. I really hope I will not get charged again for next week!! Sorry but really not impressed

Really unprofessional service. Within two weeks of my starting with them, they had lost my fob which costs £100 to replace. Apparently they label fobs so now I need to worry about thieves breaking in to my building. When I tried to cancel and ask for a refund, they ignored it and started tossing deliveries across my building gate. They are now continuing to ignore me like they didnt just create a security issue for me. Not sure if I will ever get my money back for this sham. Don't use this service

Arrived in poorly packaged so food was not chilled when delivered. Arrived at 2pm - 3-day plan with a use buy date of 3 days starting from the date of delivery so impossible to use all meals. None looked fresh and all almost exactly the same - completely different to the enticing examples shown on their website - very unimaginative - threw most of it away. Really disappointing.
