Got food poisoning from the delivery and feels really awful, can’t recommend

I work a lot and never managed to cook healthy myself - this is a true game changer in my life. I love the fact Fresh Fitness Food delivery every day - not like others once a week, which means the food is always fresh :) And the best part is it arrives at night, so when I wake up there is fresh food - and I'm excited to see what the day brings. I'm trying to lose weight and I match the food with the calories etc. and yeah looking good. Something I was concerned about, was food quality, I really don't want to eat an extended version of Tesco Ready Meals - I'm a picky guy. - but feel it's very high end and it' feels very fresh. They missed up about the key, but I will get that fixed, minor issue. thanks!

FFF has been the biggest game changer in day-to-day living. I work a busy job and it saves me hours each week. What is also great is I don't need to check if I'm eating correctly because it's optimised to reach my goals.

More unreliable deliveries. I pay for a 7-10am delivery slot and at least once a week it does not turn up by 10am or at all, meaning I am forced to order food from elsewhere thereby incurring additional cost. I get no advance notice of if it will be late and I have to fight to get a refund for the food and the extra GBP 5 delivery charge I pay for the 7-10am slot. Would recommend avoid using this company.

The delivery system works well The food is ok , I found the chimichurry souce for the eggs that really bad , but probably a matter of personal taste . In all honesty I was given a free trial but I wouldn’t pay for this service

Good service, enjoying the food. Making steady progress to my weight loss goal, don't want to overdo it too quickly and give up, so FFF is perfect for sustaining your progress. Would recommend doing a nutrition call, Megham is great and gave really good advice for my weekend eating.

Great vegan food. Recently had a trial - very tasty vegan food, I’m not even vegan I just want to cut down my meat intake. Delivered when they said they would, even got some free non alcoholic beer in my package - great for dry jan. Not sure I’ll carry it on every week as full price it works out a little too expensive for me but wish I could afford to as the way the macros are all worked out is brilliant. I’ve felt full and not tempted to eat crap as these are there and ready for me.

Terrible experience. First order was delivered over 36 hours late. I was told the food is safe to eat if it’s been out of the fridge for 72hrs?? Second order the driver didn’t show up again, and customer service told me they couldn’t contact the delivery company, so had no idea when my food may or may not arrive. So unreliable that it makes the service useless. Also no barcode on the meals so no way to keep track of calories, macros etc. Orders refunded and subscription cancelled

Been loving the meals! So tasty and I love how they are bespoke to my macros and health goals. Plus I have so much time rather than shopping and cooking! Reccomend

Tried to order but, they don't show what I get, besides the jucies, shots and drinks that i am forced to select which are cheaper in the supermarkets my question is Why should I order and pay for something I am not told I'll be getting in return? What a way to do business!
