Ordered three days of food. Couldn't pay because I couldn't log in, -said my email address was not valid. Looked to create an account but couldn't. Tried online chat to get the situation resolved, after 10 mins gave up. Then I tried phoning. No luck there either,- left holding and waiting for customer services -- which it is clear does not exist. Food might be great but customer service is not. Since I wrote the above review I have received a call from Fresh Fitness the following morning . Nancy was very polite and helpful and talked me through the process. I will now try again.

Great service! Freshly delivered every day, tasty and nutritionally balanced meals. Saving me a lot of time and energy during busy weeks. It would be great if on the bespoke plan you could add intolerances on top of the three exclusions.

The meals are clean and always delicious. They are perfect for anyone who wants to fuel their training the good way! I love the dessert menu too, and they also have breakfast options that I might try. The select option is perfect for me, this gives a good flexibility and don’t have to commit for a full week delivery
