I can only find old games in CEX! Fast easy great costumer service!

Won’t ever be ordering again. First I was sent half a strap for my apple Watch. Returned it ordered another watch strap online then that got cancelled so ordered another 1 ended up been sent the the wrong strap which I didn’t even order. There a joke can fulfil orders correctly. They have kids working for them that don’t know how to work. Avoid at all costs I ended up keeping the last 1 that was sent as i needed 1 to wear the watch. Go and have a look at my last order and ask the shop that had it stocked have the still got it because I’m sure ya will find that they do as it wasn’t shipped to me. I ordered a Nike strap and was sent a black loop that juts barely fits my wrist. I have went straight to apple to order a new strap as ye were to bad and hard to deal with. So yea I still say avoid

Quick, easy and a good price. I signed up, filtered out what I didn't want, made a choice and bought the phone easy as that. The phone arrived in a few days and was exactly as described. What more can have wanted.

The product I ordered was a fitbit sense 2 and it was A rated which didn't disappoint because it looked like new and it was delivered very promptly.

So I normally never ever complain about anything, and especially not when I buy used goods. However I was very disappointed with CEX after I purchased a PS4 dual shock controller, now I understand it’s not new,BUT the controller was still dirty and looked terrible and the rating on the website was a 5 star rating, now correct me if I’m wrong but 5 star rating is the best rating on the website and the controller I got looked like a 2 star rating. Now I’ll be honest the remote works perfectly fine, just not impressed with the dirtiness of the controller, first bad experience I’ve had with CEX but not impressed that it was highly rated and the end product was very disappointing.
